Ninka brings her background in not-for-profit (NFP) organisations, government (local and state) and health to talenting. with particular capability in NFP strategy, governance and program review.

Ninka combines her experience with a Health Promotion degree and a Certificate 4 in Frontline Management. She has successfully secured funding for local government and not for profit organisations through a variety of funders as well as administered grants and sponsorship programs. As a team leader she has developed and implemented comprehensive operational plans for projects valued over $5.5m. She has a high level of consultation and negotiation skills and has demonstrated an ability to develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and community based organisations across challenging and complex projects. 

Ninka has a deep commitment to the work of community-based organisations, and has a track record of ensuring the sustainability of organisations with which she works.
