Leila, based in Germany, works with talenting. on significant projects, bringing her expertise in Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Talent Identification, Competency Assessment, Psychometric Assessment and Change Management.

With her background in Organisational Psychology and diverse roles both in Europe and Australia in Government as well as the private sector over the last four years, Leila has a strong understanding of the people factor in the workplace. Focused on strong relationship-building, Leila has consulted and delivered projects for a range of clients across industries.

Leila is passionate about problem-solving in the workplace in relation to any Human Resources challenges and innovations. She has designed and delivered solutions in leadership development, change management and enhancements of recruitment processes, including psychometric and other assessments. Leila understands how to understand a client organisation in detail to then tailor or design solutions in the HR space, including leadership initiatives such as leadership trainings or coaching, ensuring engagement of staff and leaders in times of change and designing practical tools across the HR disciplines. Further, she is accredited in multiple psychometric assessment tools and is highly experienced in advising as well as administering and debriefing assessments and bring results to life by relating them to the organisational context and role description.

As part of her roles over the years, Leila has fostered a highly engaging facilitation style, adhering with adult learning principles, tailored to the stakeholder cohort, from general employees and emerging leaders to senior executives.

In her free-time, Leila is driven to make a difference in the space of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She has held an advisory role for the City of Perth Access and Inclusion Advisory Group as well as for a client organisation that works with councils in Germany, in the effort to help make cities more inclusive, by raising awareness for inclusive thinking in the communities and in society. Leila brings sensitivity for cultural awareness and challenges that are unique in each community, city, workplace and team.
